Vacation Management Fee

I charge a Vacation Management Fee to dedicate the time, care, and professional expertise needed to design the best travel experience for you. By signing this agreement, you’re committing to work with me as your trusted travel advisor.

Traveler Information Form

Who is travelling? This form must be completed before accurate quotes can be provided. One form per household. 

Information must match your official photo ID such as a passport.

Credit Card Authorization Form

This form allows my clients to securely input their credit card details, grant permission to charge the card, and authorize transactions via an electronic signature.  

Your CVV number on the back of your card must be submitted separately to me by email. donna@goingstrongtravelandevents.ca.  Please ensure your full name in included in the message.
